One of the biggest issues facing the property management industry is that of access control management. Accessability can provide remote access control management.
Imagine being able to add new key fobs or cards to the building access control system and door controllers and post out keyfobs and access control cards to new and existing residents. No travelling from your offices to the building to do this.
Access-Ability has a system, that for a setup fee and a small monthly fee will let you manage, add and remove key fobs from your property management portfolio remotely.
Normally adding key fobs to your property isn’t an issue if the property is local. You drive there, add the key fobs and drive back to the office. However this can be tedious and costly if the property is more than a few miles away.
With our Remote system, you can do this over the internet from the comfort of your desk via your own PC and then key fobs can be posted out to clients.
So how does it work?
Access-Ability provide a fully managed router and/or broadband line into your property and this is securely connected to the internet to our data centre.
When you want to update a remote system you log in to that system via software provided. This creates a secure bridge between your office computer and the remote door controllers.
You then add the key fobs via your PC and the details are automatically added to the remote systems door controllers.
You then place the key fobs into the post and logoff the remote system.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch. A number of our clients already use this system to maintain door entry systems at remote buildings many miles from their offices or even overseas. The system is setup so its easy to use and most operators only require a few minutes training to be able to add, remove or edit key fobs from remote buildings.
The system really is a cost and time saver to many of our clients who previously might have driven many miles several times month to update a building door entry system.
Will it work with my door entry system?
Our system works with Paxton Net2 and PAC Securenet and we are looking at several other systems at present.
